CIP Spray Ball Flanges
Tanks are quite often simply fitted with a spray ball device.
The BMS CIP flange is designed to allow gas to free flow back to a collection header and not rely on the spray ball as the vent.
During CIP the gas valve is closed to allow full flow of CIP to the spray ball.
The design allows for the gas valve to be cleaned at the same time.
